Solutions for the Particle Board Industry

Problem areas in a particle board factory are dryer(s), dryer cyclones, screens, mills, wind sifters, silos, line extraction, sanding/saws as well as the press. All of these areas of your production are vulnerable to possible fire and dust explosions! Pressguard

Every year there are hundreds of fires in presses throughout the world. Production downtime and damage to the press are costly consequences!

SanderGuard

Avoid production downtime with Firefly's SanderGuard! A sanding machine is a high risk area in your process. The fine dust generated can, when ignited, give rise to severe dust explosions and rapid spread of fire. Firefly's SanderGuard is designed for all types of sanders. The SanderGuard system quickly indicates problems inside the machine and, before a fire can take hold, extinguish by using a water mist system.
