First North is an alternative market that is not subject to the requirements that apply to Regulated Markets under EU Securities Markets Law. All companies on First North have an agreement with a financial adviser, so called Certified Adviser.

Firefly's Certified Adviser is Remium AB. As a Certified Adviser, Remium is responsible for that Firefly initially, as well as continuously, meets the requirements set out in First North's rulebook and immediately reports to OMX Nordic Exchange if there is a breach of the rules. OMX Nordic Exchange continuously monitors trading and controls that the Certified Adviser acts up to its obligations.
