Area Sales manager

Job description
As an Area sales manager at Firefly you will work with business development and export sales of technically advanced and tailor-made system solutions. The position involves responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from finding new customers to final negotiations and signing of contractual agreements. You will, on your own or together with our technical experts, be involved in creating technical solutions for our customers.

You will have responsibility of a geographic area outside of Sweden. Sales are made either through distributors, through machine suppliers or directly to end customers, depending on market.

Requirements
We are looking for someone who has an MSc or equivalent and have experience of technical systems sales. It is an advantage if you have experience in working with both distributors and directly with end users.

You have strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written and preferably one more language. Swedish is an advantage, but not required. It is meritorious if you have previous experience from the process industry.

As a person you are self-motivated, driven and full of energy. You are business minded and enjoy building long term business relationships. We also value a strong logic thinking and problem solving ability. Furthermore, you are trustworthy, you have integrity and a humble personality.

Technical Project Manager

Job Description
As a Technical Project Manager you are the natural interface between Firefly and the customer. After the handing over from the sales department, you will run projects during the implementation phase until the customer takes over. In addition, you will be responsible for procurement of installation services, supervision at the customer site, and ensuring that your projects are implemented efficiently and are quality checked, no matter where in the world.

We are looking for a person who has at least a high school diploma in engineering or a Bachelor of Science in engineering. You are familiar with project management, have worked with procurement of services and see customer contacts and relations as a natural part of your workday. You have managed major projects, preferably in the process industry, and have experience of system design in CAD.

As a person, you are open-minded, positive and responsible. You want to run your own projects, but at the same time you enjoy being a natural part of a larger team. In your relationship with customers you are caring, social and prestigious.

It is a great asset if you are multilingual, as our customers are located all over the world. We require that you are fluent, both written and orally, in Swedish and English

Service Engineer

As a service engineer you will be the company's leading-edge on-site at our customers, where you will work with technically advanced tailor-made system solutions. The job includes emergency service and preventive maintenance on-site, as well as commissioning of new installations.

You will be part of a team with Area Sales Managers and Technical Project Managers, dedicated to a specific geographical area.  The work also includes training of the customer and annual inspections. You work independently, and the job includes a lot of travelling all over the world.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has at least an upper secondary engineering education or has worked a few years with technical service. You possess a broad technical interest and knowledge, where you master troubleshooting and the verifying of components within electricity, electronics and mechanics. You have interest and knowledge in IT, and experience of working against the process industry is an advantage. You have good knowledge in English. Knowledge in Swedish and an additional language is an advantage.

We are looking for someone who is social and a quality-oriented problem solver. We believe that you possess analytical skills, are well structured and well organized. Furthermore, you are confident and serious in your job role and inspire confidence to your customers. Jefe Regional de Ventas

¿Es usted un vendedor hábil para general relaciones comerciales? ¿desea trabajar en una posición internacional  y con contactos multidisciplinarios? ¿Tiene experiencia en ventas de tecnología? ¿Tiene la capacidad de identificar las necesidades de los clientes? Usted podría ser el siguiente Jefe Regional de Ventas en Firefly AB!

La contratación es directamente con la empresa interesada y con inicio inmediato.

Descripción del trabajo
Como jefe regional de ventas trabajará desarrollando negocios y generando ventas de sistemas de tecnología avanzados, que previenen incendios y explosiones de polvo en diferentes procesos industriales.  La posición implica la responsabilidad de todo el ciclo de ventas, desde la búsqueda de nuevos clientes hasta la firma de acuerdos contractuales, inclusive seguimiento post venta. La posición incluye también el diseño de soluciones técnicas personalizadas para los clientes, con el soporte técnico experto cuando sea necesario.

Trabajará principalmente con los mercados de América Latina, España y Portugal, por lo cual el dominio perfecto del idioma español es un requisito indispensable. Las ventas se realizan a través de distribuidores, fabricantes de maquinaria especializada y directamente a los clientes finales dependiendo del mercado.

 

Requisitos
Estamos buscando una persona con título de ingeniería o similar, que tenga experiencia en ventas de sistemas de tecnología. Que haya trabajando con distribuidores, así como directamente con clientes finales. El dominio del español de forma oral y escrita es indispensable, y fluidez del idioma inglés. El dominio de algún otro idioma es deseable, más no necesario.

La experiencia previa en el sector de la bioenergía, la industria del papel u otra industria de procesos se considerará una ventaja.

Nos interesa que como persona sea proactivo, enérgico y automotivado. Además, este enfocado en los negocios, acostumbrado a establecer y mantener relaciones comerciales a largo plazo. Integridad, pensamiento lógico y una buena capacidad para resolver problemas son características que valoramos también en la persona ideal para el puesto.
